Principal

Jessica James has provided OSHA consulting services and a related lecture series in the Dallas / Ft. Worth metroplex since 1993. Prior to independent consulting, Ms. James served as Director and Co-Founder of MAI Safety Compliance Services, Inc. for Medical Alliance, Inc.

Ms. James holds a Bachelor of Science and Certificate in Medical Technology from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas and a Master of Business Administration, Health Sciences Services Management from the University of Dallas.

Associate

Ferrah McClammy has over 11 years of experience in the Commercial Insurance Industry. With 5 years experience as a Commercial Claims Adjuster, (Property, Casualty, Liability, Injury). Ms. McClammy has strong experience in assisting with Catastrophic claims, Bodily Injury, and Job Safety on construction sites and in warehouses. Ms. McClammy has a vast knowledge of Commercial Insurance Policies.

Ms. McClammy is a licensed adjuster in the following states: Texas; New Mexico; Oklahoma. Ms. McClammy has received the PCLA designation and is currently working on receiving the SCLA designation. She is also currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree.
